About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Manager to lead our daily finance activities, including cash management, revenue recognition, and expense tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

The Finance Operations Manager will oversee treasury operations, establish expense policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for producing financial reports, maintaining fiscal records, and monitoring financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Finance Operations, including cash receipts & payments, revenue recognition & accounting, general ledger, payroll, and expenses.
  • Monitor Financial Data and produce reports to document transactions.
  • Oversee Treasury Operations and establish expense policies to foster business growth while ensuring adherence to regulatory dictates.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an accounting manager, controller, or treasury manager with in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance.
  • Strong relationships management skills and willingness to work in an early-stage company.
