Effective finance leaders are essential to the success of any hospitality organisation. The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned finance professional with a passion for leadership and strategic planning.

The candidate should have at least 6-8 years of experience in hotel/resort finance, with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the finance function, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, as well as oversee the implementation of cost control measures.
  • Analyse and interpret complex financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks and suppliers.
  • Evaluate the performance of finance staff and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective finance operations.
  • Prepare annual financial reports and present findings to senior management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop finance teams.
