Finance Leadership Opportunity

The role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the finance and accounts function within an organization.

Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create business plans for sustainable growth, and liaising with bankers and financial institutions to optimize debt requirements and implement best practices.

The CFO will also be responsible for implementing cost reduction and financial optimization programs across all business units, building and monitoring a robust compliance framework, advising on risk mitigation and management, and developing and monitoring key metrics for financial reporting.

Additionally, the role involves statutory and internal audits, policy implementation, and adherence to financial policies for revenue and payments management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, with a CA/CFA/MBA qualification and a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Corporate F&A, infrastructure/real estate financing, working capital, and treasury management.
