Senior Proposal Coordinator Job Overview

The primary role of the Senior Proposal Coordinator involves working closely with various teams to develop high-quality proposals that meet our clients' needs. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.



Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand RFP/RFQ documents to prepare comprehensive proposal briefs, highlighting key data points.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information for draft proposal text outlines, including company overviews and team member experience.
  • Ensure all contributions from various parties are aligned with RFP compliance requirements and maintain a uniform appearance throughout the proposal.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including CVs and project sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in managing proposal databases, files, and systems through effective information management practices.


Qualifications:
  • A diploma or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in proposal development and coordination or similar environments.
  • Strong English language skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to proofread and edit material.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required, if necessary.
