Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to lead our maintenance strategy and ensure the reliability of our equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans.

They will be responsible for analyzing equipment performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to optimize maintenance procedures.

Additionally, they will work closely with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to identify potential improvements and support the efficient operation of equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize unplanned downtime and increase system reliability
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to optimize maintenance procedures
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to identify potential improvements and support the efficient operation of equipment
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures, identifying underlying issues and recommending corrective actions
