Job Title: Financial Leadership Position

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to lead our financial operations. This is a key role that requires strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:We are seeking someone who can partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth across regions. The ideal candidate will oversee pricing for complex deals, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.The successful candidate will own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units, reviewing financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.This role requires leading the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue costs FX and regional dynamics.Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses, recommending actions to improve margins and cash flow.This position involves providing actionable financial insights to business leaders, supporting strategic planning GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets, track win–loss ratios, and maintain financial models for decision support.Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.Drive/support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation automation and reporting efficiency.Mentor and guide finance analysts, building capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.A deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.A qualified CA is mandatory.8-12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations with proven exposure to Global markets.Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.],
