Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Seeking an accomplished technical support specialist to fill a critical role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including customer service teams, clients, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and feedback
  • Assist QA lead with quality assurance activities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal support from the development team
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to quickly resolve their problems
  • Develop and propose workarounds for customers when fixes will take time to be implemented
  • Deliver timely and accurate customer feedback
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Support the rollout of new applications and systems
  • Contribute to procedural documentation and knowledge base development
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional productivity
  • Test and evaluate new releases to ensure compatibility and quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
  • Ability to work during standard US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time)
  • Proven experience in tech support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, and AWS platforms
  • Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Knowledge of ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, and other similar platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Linux, Java, web development, and AWS are desirable but not required
  • Experience with AI-powered tools for daily tasks is a plus
