Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the successful delivery of IT and consulting projects, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, driving value delivery and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • BUILD STRONG, LONG-TERM CLIENT PARTNERSHIPS TO ENSURE EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCES AND RETENTION.
  • Promote alignment between client business goals and solutions to drive measurable value.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects/programs for assigned clients.
  • Evaluate project risks, dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling IT services or solutions.
  • Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Manage client stakeholders at CXO and operational levels.
  • Coordinate internal teams (delivery, support, sales, finance) for seamless execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams.
  • Conduct regular status reviews and governance meetings with clients.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and engagement health metrics.
  • Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
