PurposeWe seek an experienced professional to lead Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region. The incumbent will drive business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients, leading a high-performance sales team.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
- Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
- Closely coordinate with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.
- 15+ years of experience in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Insurance, or related fields. IRDA certifications preferred.
- Deep understanding of group insurance products, strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
