Ambitious Marketing Professionals Wanted for Strategic Role

As a key member of the HDBU team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing in-market marketing initiatives to enhance brand consistency across the network.

  • Assess Channel requirements with the field team and create a Network plan for Dealers and ASCs.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to H-D Infrastructure and SOP guidelines at current and future dealerships and ASCs.
  • Oversee a team responsible for various marketing activations, including events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealership management to align with central strategy.
  • Collaborate with teams (E-fin, WOT, Rural Marketing) for creation of collaterals.
About You

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in retail marketing, activation, customer experience, strategy development, and people management. Key skills include deep understanding of marketing, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
