About this role
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Executive Customer Relations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IN trans related escalations, root causing and implementing systemic changes to improve customer experience. They will work closely with the ECR email escalation and customer rescue programs teams to develop proactive rescue mechanisms and solutions.

- Manage IN trans related escalations and implement systemic changes to improve customer experience.

Requirements
- Strong background in customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with MS-Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
