Job Title: Quality System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality System Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting system program leaders with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily system support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Troubleshoots system issues with users and works with them to solve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
  • Performs several system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Creates and executes test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assists with software validation and change control activities.
  • Assists with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Assists with the development of training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Possession of a passion for their work and helping others succeed, a team player.
  • Experienced with system troubleshooting and investigating to find the root cause.
  • Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience
