Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled accounting professional to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
  • Closing Process
    • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance
    • Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
    • Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Budgeting, management information system (MIS) reporting, and cost reduction initiatives.
    • Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.
  • Audit and Compliance
    • Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Team Support
    • Assist operational teams/management in decision-making by providing data and compliance inputs.
    • Facilitate inter-department communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of accounting software and systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
