Job Title: Vehicle Crash Analyst

  • Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop, simulate, and validate vehicle crashworthiness performance across multiple crash modes. The ideal candidate will utilize LS-DYNA and related CAE tools to evaluate energy absorption, structural integrity, and safety compliance.

  • The role involves participating in end-to-end safety development cycles, ensuring virtual and physical test correlation and adherence to global automotive safety standards.

  • To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Proficiency in LS-Dyna in crashworthiness simulations.
    • Proficiency in using ANSA for pre/postprocessing
    • Experience in correlating test data with simulation results
    • Strong understanding of energy absorption, load paths and structural crash behaviour
    • Knowledge of crash-related design principles and understanding of material dynamics
    • Familiarity with automotive crashworthiness standards

    Prior experience in the entire vehicle development lifecycle is beneficial, as well as working with advanced or non-standard materials.
