Job Description:

Softwise Mechatronics is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Durability Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for developing detailed FEA models to evaluate vehicle durability, fatigue life, vibration endurance, and load bearing capacity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in creating detailed FEA models for endurance testing, fatigue analysis, and vibration analysis. Additionally, they will have hands-on experience with NCode, NASTRAN, ANSA, or Abaqus.

The successful candidate will perform road load data analysis, correlate load data with CAE fatigue predictions, and develop and implement durability test plans or block cycles for vehicle subsystems or components.

Key responsibilities include optimizing vehicle durability, improving structural design, and communicating with clients for requirement gathering and regular project updates.Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in FEA modeling and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with NCode, NASTRAN, ANSA, or Abaqus
  • Strong understanding of vehicle durability, fatigue life, and vibration endurance
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
