Job Description:

As a candidate champion, you will play a pivotal role in managing communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring professionalism and empathy in all candidate interactions.

Your responsibilities will be a blend of customer support and candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

You will review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicate clearly if additional information is required, and educate candidates on the documentation process.

Key responsibilities include documenting candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs, creating and maintaining support documentation, and assisting Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of escalated issues.

Prioritizing effective communication and teamwork, you will work independently and collaboratively to drive success in this dynamic role.
