Job Role

As a Healthcare Outreach Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our patient engagement and public health efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new patients through various platforms including NGOs, schools, colleges, clinics, community centers and digital media.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers for referrals.
  • Represent the organization at outreach events, mental health drives and webinars to raise awareness about healthcare services.
  • Organize health awareness camps, community drives and patient education sessions.
  • Collaborate with clinics, NGOs, hospitals and wellness centers to increase access to treatment.
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns to enhance awareness and treatment accessibility.
  • Track outreach metrics and support organizational reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy or CSR programs (hospital/NGO).
  • Familiarity with chronic disease, orthopedic or rehab programs is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati & English) along with a compassionate approach are essential.
  • Experience in community healthcare or grassroots mobilization is desirable.
