Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage our website with timely updates.
  2. Write and edit news pieces for publication.
  3. Maintain design language on our website and ensure quality standards.
  4. Upload content in podcast libraries.
  5. Strategize audiences for different centres and build promotional campaigns.
  6. Help centres curate content for their target groups.
  7. Analyse website and social media platforms (social media audit reports).
  8. Improve SEO of our company's website.
  9. Design and administer communication strategies for various centres.
  10. Support centres in all communication and outreach work.
  11. Generate monthly newsletters (write, edit and design).
  12. Administer collateral designs to ensure quality standards.
  13. E nsure PR activities tie-in with our branding.
  14. Develop content for centres' platforms and bring creativity to outreach activities.
  15. Work with partners' communications teams on joint campaigns.
  16. Responsible for the organised repository of outreach content and images.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati languages.
  • Able to work with graphics and audio-visual content.
  • Exceptional skills in MS-Office applications.
