Job Overview

This position is responsible for leading the Site Reliability engineering team.

Key Objectives:

  • Drive the Site reliability engineering team towards industry excellence, regulatory adherence, and robust security frameworks.
  • Manage tasks and allocate responsibilities among team members while fostering open communication with clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, ensuring SLAs and workflows are well-documented and monitored.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies to guarantee service quality.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Linux fundamentals, System administration, scripting, performance tuning.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in investigating and resolving recurring issues.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
Job Responsibilities

Lead a team that oversees the technical aspects of our infrastructure and systems.

Develop strategies to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of IT systems.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
