About This Role

As a System Integration Specialist, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and pain points. This involves working closely with clients to comprehend their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to ensure mutual understanding of their expectations and project requirements.
  • Solution Development: Design and implement customized solutions involving networking, servers, storage, cloud, security, and enterprise applications. Ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and cost-effective.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop detailed proposals, solution documents, RFP responses, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for clients.
  • Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), and presentations for stakeholders to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with OEMs, partners, and internal technical teams to design competitive and innovative solutions that meet client needs. Provide technical support to sales teams during bid defense and client negotiations.

This role requires a strong understanding of the latest technology trends, OEM products, and industry best practices in system integration.
