Job Title: Software Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced software integration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for deploying and integrating our solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the deployment, configuration, and integration of software solutions at customer sites.
  • Assist in designing and implementing monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions.
  • Work with clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for smooth delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation, standards, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to customers for effective product usage.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction during implementation.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles.
  • Experience with monitoring and service desk tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Zoho Service Desk, Kibana).
  • Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with network concepts (secure zone, DMZ, firewalls) and ITIL processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking is required.
