- A robust candidate pipeline is built through active sourcing on platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Candidate engagement is driven through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
- Recruitment metrics are tracked (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and presented to leadership.
- Excellent candidate experience is ensured throughout the hiring process.
- Talent outreach campaigns contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or staffing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
- Effective sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
