We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Messaging Operations Engineer to join our team.

This role involves monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

  • Maintain Network Operations: Ensure network security, monitor and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Technical Support: Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for VAS related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Alarm Prioritization: Ability to prioritize network alarms and incidents to fulfill KPI commitments.
  • Monitoring Disk Space: Monitor disk space, log files, dumps/logs purging, application up-time.
  • Capacity Management: Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity.
  • Customer Support: Answer customer emails/calls and provide timely & high level of service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.
  • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator would be an advantage.
