Subtitling Coordination Leader

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of a team responsible for subtitling coordination. Key objectives include ensuring timely project delivery and driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise Localization Coordinators, setting clear objectives and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with the Translator Support team, resolving issues and planning for capacity.
  • Identify and address conflicts, facilitating discussions and finding solutions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and ensure adherence to process changes and policies.
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and SLAs, generating reports as needed.
  • Facilitate effective handovers and scheduling, ensuring smooth workflows.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in the media industry is desirable.

This role requires a strong leader who can develop and guide team members to achieve their full potential.
