Job Description:

As a key player in delivering exceptional client experiences, you will oversee a team to manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure seamless project execution. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the principal point of contact for high-profile clients, fostering trust and satisfaction
  • Lead end-to-end client servicing - from conceptualization to flawless event delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, production, and technical teams to bring innovative ideas to life
  • Effectively manage multiple accounts, prioritizing quality, profitability, and timely delivery
  • Mentor and guide a team of client servicing professionals to optimize performance
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in client servicing (events, conferences, experiential marketing, media, or advertising)
  • Proven success managing large-scale clients/projects independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of event production processes, budgets, and timelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours during peak event periods
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the events or marketing industry is essential
