Lead Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business growth by developing and optimizing sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, proactive mindset.

About the Role:
  • This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in fintech, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
  • The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, including the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  2. Manage daily operations to ensure top-tier sales performance and cost efficiency.
  3. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and guiding employees.
  4. Ensure smooth business processes, compliance, and ethical standards.
  5. Solve operational, administrative, and strategic challenges in collaboration with the headquarters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably in fintech).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and strategy development.
