Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

With 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading sales operations analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth. Present clear and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions. Use SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for data extraction and presentation.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and business strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
