About Our Client:
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our sales on multiple Quick Commerce platforms.

Job Title: Marketplace Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 3 to 5 years of managing q-commerce sales

Educational: BTech/BCom/MBA/ other bachelor's/master's degree

Preferred Background: Candidates from reputed/pedigree institutes

About the role:

  • Drive revenue growth on Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, and other key marketplaces.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competition & trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Lead team efforts in product cataloging, high-quality content creation, and search engine optimization for top listings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with designated marketplace personnel.
  • Collaborate with operations to optimize shipments and reduce stock-out times.
  • Prepare regular reports, forecast future performance, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Manage Key Accounts, Categories, and Catalogs.

Requirements:

  • Interest in the beauty and personal care sector is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey brand objectives and needs to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners and experience with inventory management is a plus.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage teams driving marketplace channels.
