Job Title: Digital Advertising Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Analyze performance data and make informed decisions to improve return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising

Requirements:

  • 6–9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spend campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What Success Looks Like:

  • Scaling ad spend from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably
  • Reducing cost per acquisition (CPA) without compromising conversions
  • Driving campaign insights that inform business strategy

  • Has a deep understanding of digital advertising channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools
  • Is proficient in AI-powered ad copy testing and audience research
