Digital Campaign Manager

As a seasoned professional in the field of digital advertising, we are seeking an accomplished Campaign Strategist to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across programmatic platforms, mobile UA channels, and other digital advertising mediums.
  • Maintain meticulous control over campaign performance, ensuring that key metrics (CTR, CPI, CPA, ROI) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Employ data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for improved delivery, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present actionable performance reports to stakeholders, complete with recommendations for future growth.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including account management, sales, and analytics, to drive campaign success.
  • Identify and troubleshoot tracking, delivery, or pacing issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure continued expertise.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in programmatic, UA, or digital advertising.
  • Proven analytical skills, with expertise in campaign reporting and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with leading ad platforms, including DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and MMPs like AppsFlyer/Firebase/Adjust.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for advanced reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on results-driven execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to tackling complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes.
