Job Title: Sales Development Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Government Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business development through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

You will lead the end-to-end client relationship, from initial outreach to closing deals. Your expertise in sales strategy, market research, and communication will enable you to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue generation/orders booked: 30%
  • Contacting potential clients to establish network, arrange meetings, and support customer outreach: 30%
  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations: 20%
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on program management and business development queries: 10%
  • Database and knowledge creation/management: 10%

KRA/KPIs:

  • KRA: Revenue generation; KPI: Orders booked and pipeline; Measure: Lead tracker; Weightage: 40%
  • KRA: Prepare proposals, approach notes, pitches, and presentations; KPI: Error-free proposal with clearly stated course design customized as per client requirements; Measure: Feedback from AD; Weightage: 30%
  • KRA: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to all their queries; KPI: Ensure client satisfaction through quality and timely response to their queries; Measure: Reply to queries within one working day; Weightage: 20%
  • KRA: Reports, database & offer management; KPI: Updating details; Measure: Flawless reports and database; Weightage: 10%

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline;
  • Technical: Experience in curriculum design and blended learning;
  • Behavioral: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, Good questioning, probing, and listening skills, The ability to work independently and as part of a team, Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills;
  • Job Interface: Internal - Within department and other departments, External - With Internal and external partners and vendors for faster delivery or execution.
