Job Title: Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant Manager
- Implement sales and leasing strategies with a focus on market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations.
- Identify and onboard new clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors to drive business growth.
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing with a strong understanding of market trends and lease/sale processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred for advanced knowledge and skills.
