About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our organization. This role combines research, strategic execution, communications, and PR, allowing you to work at the intersection of law, business development, and media.

This position requires conducting market research and analysis to support practice and business development initiatives. Additionally, prepare submissions for rankings, directories, and awards. Draft, maintain, and update profiles, deal lists, experience lists, and marketing collateral.

Track market trends, legal developments, and competitor activity relevant to our organization and its areas of expertise. Support our Public Relations and media outreach efforts, including liaising with journalists, monitoring media opportunities, and preparing press materials.

Assist in planning and executing our participation in events, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives. Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and business development dashboards on a real-time basis.

Draft internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and social media content. Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms. Liaise with Partners and teams across offices to coordinate business development projects and deliverables.

Streamline processes to improve efficiency and ensure high-quality outputs across all business activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in legal research, legal rankings, PR, or professional services is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online databases, social media, and digital tools.
