Business Development Manager

The primary function of this role is to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, identify potential business opportunities within the lubricants market, and achieve or exceed predetermined sales targets.

This involves proactively seeking out new business prospects, developing existing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality lubricant products to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate the lubricants market and expand customer base.
  • Establish and maintain open communication channels with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within designated territories.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably within the lubricants or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of lubricants (grease and oil) and their applications.
