Job Title: Delivery Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support Agile delivery processes, ensuring governance, transparency and efficiency across digital assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Governance Support: Ensure Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) align with governance policies.
  • Track and Report Key Metrics: Monitor key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) for leadership.
  • Facilitate Adherence: Promote adherence to delivery standards and best practices across product teams.

Deliverables:

  • Azure DevOps Management: Oversee work item lifecycle in Azure DevOps (user stories, tasks, bugs).
  • Maintain Dashboards and Reports: Keep up-to-date dashboards and reports related to sprints and delivery governance.
  • Team Efficiency: Ensure teams effectively use ADO boards and automation features.

Internal Asset Oversight:

  • Track Lifecycle and Usage: Monitor the lifecycle and usage of internally developed platforms/products.
  • Collaboration: Work with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure assets meet governance and compliance needs.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify Opportunities: Discover opportunities to enhance Agile processes through automation, tooling, or updated frameworks.
  • Conduct Periodic Retrospectives: Regularly conduct retrospectives to recommend governance enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to enterprise governance models or PMO functions.
