Job Title: Enterprise Data Governance Expert

At the heart of our organization's digital transformation lies a robust data governance framework. As an Enterprise Data Governance Expert, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining this infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flows across diverse systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce standardized data management practices to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, categorize, and classify sensitive data (PII) and ensure its secure storage and transmission.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making by creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate informed business choices.
  • Work closely with IT teams to design, implement, and maintain metadata standards, data dictionaries, and process maps.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to ISO standards, GDPR, SOX, and internal AI data controls.
  • Leverage data quality tools like Informatica, Collibra, SAP, and Microsoft 365 to optimize data management processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in the field of data governance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication, training, and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management with a proven track record of implementing successful data governance programs.
  • Advanced understanding of relational database theories, schemas, and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Technical, Data Science, or Statistics.
