Senior Master Data Governance Specialist

This role involves governing, maintaining and enhancing the OASIS platform to ensure efficient master data management across customers, vendors, and materials.

The ideal candidate will oversee system stability, enhancements, and alignment with global master data policies. They will define and maintain governance workflows in OASIS for Customers, Vendors, and Materials, ensuring seamless integration between OASIS and SAP PCE workflows.

To succeed in this position, one must have a strong focus on Master Data Governance systems and expertise in workflow design and integration between governance platforms and SAP.

Beyond technical skills, effective communication and collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams are essential. If you have experience in compliance frameworks and global data harmonization principles, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

This is a key role in leading Brillio's Master Data Governance efforts, requiring a seasoned professional who can translate governance rules into technical processes and implement controls to enforce proper documentation uploads, validation rules, and escalation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of OASIS Master Data Governance platform for system stability, enhancements, and alignment with global master data policies.
  • Definition and maintenance of governance workflows in OASIS for Customers, Vendors, and Materials.
  • Seamless integration between OASIS and SAP PCE workflows.
  • Collaboration with Business Governance and IT Domain Experts to translate governance rules into technical processes.
  • Implementation of governance controls to enforce proper documentation uploads, Dow Jones screening triggers, validation rules, and escalation procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Master Data Governance systems.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Customer, Vendor, and Material Master data.
  • Expertise in workflow design and integration between governance platforms and SAP.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and global data harmonization principles.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with both business stakeholders and IT teams.
