Distribution Services Hotel and Field Support Specialist

In this key role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hotel and field support to our customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical system support.
- Provide first-level contact support via telephone, email, and other media channels.
- Document all interactions, incidents, and resolutions in a project database.
- Take ownership of issues from start to resolution.
About the Role:
This position requires a highly motivated individual who can effectively troubleshoot daily challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement. You will work closely with various departments and personnel to achieve accurate and timely results.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; formal post-secondary education an asset.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office applications necessary.
- Minimum 12 months experience with a hotel reservation system preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills essential.
