Lead ServiceNow Capability and Delivery Unit

Job Description:

A highly motivated and qualified individual is required to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice Leader in an IT services company.

Core Competencies Include:

Practice Building, Solution Architecting, Capability Building, Business Pursuit Management, Operations and Delivery Management, and P&L Ownership.

The following key expectations are required:

Industry Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.

ServiceNow Ecosystem Understanding:

  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow eco-system, company, and product roadmap.
  • Understanding various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings, market trends including other competitor enterprise products.

Global Responsibility:

  • Experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions).

Multiple Accounts Management:

  • Experience in multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Responsible for driving delivery.
  • Successful client implementation and drive high CSS and CSAT.
  • Strong client focus and develop proactive relationship with client stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on business and market conditions that has a bearing on client's business.
  • Create innovative insights for customers and contribute to thought leadership documents.

Capability Building:

  • Building expertise on new product areas and adjacencies.
  • Creating thought leadership on product/process areas.
  • Building new solutions, frameworks, point of views, and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with sales team to define and enrich service offerings.
  • Seasoned ServiceNow technical/functional expert.

Sales Enablement:

  • Collaborate with sales team to create proactive client propositions.
  • Deliver reactive client propositions.
  • Support all pre-sales activities and content creation.
  • Support marketing initiatives.
  • Prior sales experience in the global markets will be a plus.

Talent Planning and Acquisition:

  • Responsible for talent planning, acquisition, and deployment.
  • Create talent acquisition strategy and plan.
  • Work with talent acquisition for fulfillment.
  • Determine and deploy the right team with relevant skill set to execute projects.

Employee Experience:

  • Drive high-touch employee engagement.
  • Mentor budding & junior talent.
  • Identification and grooming of next level leaders.
  • Create a culture that is based on trust, innovation, and growth.
  • Ability to build and sustain high performing teams in a hybrid environment.

Financial and Operational Effectiveness:

  • Should have strong revenue and cost management expertise.
  • Drive operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.

Matrix Organization:

  • Comfortable in working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.
  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
