ServiceNow Tester

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HR and be able to design and execute test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
  • End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
  • Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP)
  • Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact
Requirements:
  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience
  • Expertise in designing and executing test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
