Business Development Manager

We are a leading distributor of luxury European and UK furniture brands, including Arper, Stellar Works, and Connection.

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the sales of our luxury European loose furniture brands in India. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in India.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet sales objectives and increase market share in India.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND ARCHITECTS, UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDING TAILORED FURNITURE SOLUTIONS.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our luxury furniture brands and their unique selling points, effectively communicating these to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury furniture or related industry.
  • Strong network of direct clients and architects in India.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for high-end furniture and interior design.
