Elevate is recruiting **Junior Recruiter**, who will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. You will employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as develop new and creative recruiting ideas. You will play a critical role in ensuring Elevate hires the best talent available.

**Specifically, the Junior Recruiter will**:

- Recruit best talent using portals, networking through social media sites, industry contacts, association memberships, and internal referrals.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Post openings on Elevate careers page, job portals, and social media.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and maintain all applicant and interview data on Elevate HRIS.
- Liaison with Business Unit and Function managers to understand recruiting needs.
- Track and report HR recruitment metrics like recruiting SLAs, cost of hiring, etc.

**Skills for success**:

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience in or knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to hiring portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. will be a strong advantage.

**Experience.**
- 0-6 months of experience/knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources (HR) from an accredited university.
