Storage Infrastructure Specialist

As a Storage Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day administration of SAN and storage environments. This includes collaboration with customer support teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain systems-level maintenance for storage infrastructure.
  • Support design, operation, workflow, and issue resolution for storage infrastructure.
  • Track existing storage usage trending and capacity planning for future growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience handling majority of activities mentioned in the scope.
  • Experience with Hitachi storages and Brocade switches infrastructure.
  • Exposure to operations and management activities on Hitachi Storage(s), unified compute platforms, various host OS, including basic cluster management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hitachi technical certification is desirable.
