We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of complex network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage WAN, LAN, and WLAN networks on a multi-vendor platform consisting of Juniper, Aruba, Mist, Cradlepoint, and Cisco.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for network implementation, including change approval processes.
  • Support and coach junior engineers in the team to provide high-quality services to clients.
  • Lead and assist in defining the strategy for delivering complex projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage deliverables for complex customer design and implementation projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Perform advanced analysis on complex incidents, escalating issues to senior management as required.
  • Provide fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process, resolving critical issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain processes for other engineers to follow for successful solution delivery, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong focus on computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to VZ Product portfolio areas, demonstrating expertise in network administration and engineering.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level, focusing on WAN, LAN, and WLAN, with a strong understanding of network protocols and architecture.
  • Experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN is highly beneficial, as is experience with Mist dashboard and WLAN.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN and LAN is beneficial, particularly in areas such as routing, switching, and security.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration and client communication.
