Job Title: Head of Creative Strategy

We are seeking an experienced creative professional to lead the development of impactful communication ideas, narratives, and copywriting for a large-scale political marketing initiative.

This role involves crafting culturally resonant campaigns that connect deeply with diverse audiences, leveraging strategic messaging expertise and socio-political nuances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Development: Create innovative, large-scale campaign ideas that inspire and mobilize mass audiences.
  • Content Strategy & Messaging: Develop messaging frameworks, creative territories, and thematic pillars aligned with campaign goals.
  • Integrated Campaign Narrative: Partner with cross-functional teams to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Punjab's political landscape, cultural nuances, and local idioms, as well as the ability to distill complex political goals into simple, powerful narratives.
