Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and self-driven individual who is passionate about fitness, health, and new-age brands.

The Growth & Outreach Intern will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase The Black Sheep's visibility and traction in the market. This includes researching and building relationships with fitness influencers, lifestyle creators, and micro-influencers for collaborations.

The successful candidate will also focus on lead generation and exposure through various channels such as events, customer outreach, and online presence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real experience in growth hacking, lead generation, and outreach strategy in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying potential partners and customers in the fitness industry
  • Building relationships with influencers and thought leaders in the fitness and wellness space
  • Developing and executing outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
