Brand Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Brand Ambassador to partner with leading brands in the skincare, wellness, and fitness space. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping campaigns that drive culture and conversions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong understanding of content, social media, and the influencer ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating campaign concepts and content ideas tailored to brand goals, planning and executing influencer marketing strategies end-to-end, and collaborating with internal teams to drive performance and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create campaign concepts and content ideas tailored to brand goals
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies end-to-end
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters and refine scripts yourself for stronger narratives
  • Brief creators to deliver high-quality, brand-ready content
  • Act as the client-facing point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and campaign progress updates
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while scaling campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and deliver results

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of content, social media, and the influencer ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to think creatively while staying execution-focused
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end
