Marketing Operations Lead Role Overview

This is a role for a proactive marketing professional to develop and execute offline marketing campaigns that drive student admissions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, and community events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop an annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets.
    • Identify key offline channels and locations to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as:
    • Open Houses and School Orientations
    • Community Outreach Programs
    • Interschool Competitions and Workshops
    • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with:
    • Admissions Team – to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
    • Creative Teams – to produce effective offline marketing materials.
    • Digital Marketing Team – to align offline efforts with online campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track metrics such as:
    • Footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
