About the Role:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered by our company.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attend industry events to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth from clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure favorable pricing terms.
  • Develop staff skills through regular training and mentorship. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in marketing, business administration, or similar, along with extensive sales experience. They should be intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior, and able to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions. A professional demeanor, neat and well-groomed appearance, great networking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and resourcefulness with outstanding research skills are also essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities include enhancing staff capacity through ongoing training and mentorship. Key qualifications for this position include a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, combined with significant sales experience. Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and the ability to analyze complex data are also highly valued.
