What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

  • Lead secondary research and insights on public health areas including Maternal and Child health, Immunization, Family Planning, and Non-Communicable Diseases.
  • Manage databases and repositories, updating them regularly.
  • Have good knowledge of data management, analysis, and Monitoring & Evaluation activities.
  • Lead research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Plan, create, write, edit, review, and coordinate monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Develop and deploy strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary, secondary research, data collection, and M&E.
  • Collect, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple sources, summarizing it in word reports and presentations.
  • Track latest developments, trends, and keep up-to-date with literature, identifying relevant and reliable sources of information.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A solid team player with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hypothesis-driven approach and analytical rigor to develop sound strategies and implementation plans.
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in public health research in India and globally.
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related field.
  • Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing capabilities.
  • Experience with strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment is preferable.
  • Excellent oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Past Experience of handling a team.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative knowledge with the ability to extract appropriate data to convey complex information.
  • Knowledge of analytical and visualization software, such as STATA, R, Atlas ti, Power BI.
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews and systematic reviews.
